Account & Registration

Signing up on dazn7 is quick and easy. Go to the registration page and enter your mobile number, name, and password. Verify the OTP and your account is ready to go. The entire process takes under 3 minutes. Please note that each person may only register one account.

On the login page, click "Forgot Password." Enter your registered mobile number or email to receive an OTP. Verify with the OTP and you'll be able to set a new password. Your new password must be at least 8 characters long and include numbers and special characters.

Withdrawals & Cashouts

You can cancel a withdrawal request before processing begins. Go to Transaction History in your account and hit the Cancel button next to the pending withdrawal. Once processing has started, cancellation is no longer possible.

If your withdrawal has been pending for more than 24 hours, contact live chat support with your transaction ID. In most cases, delays are caused by incomplete KYC or incorrect payment details.
